Laurie Foker BA (Hons) A.L.A.M. Dipl.
Laurie is a Hampshire born actor and writer who has always had a passion for acting. After receiving a scholarship she trained for five years at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts receiving a diploma in the performing arts. Whilst at college she appeared as 'Viola' in 'Twelfth Night' for the 'Complete Works Theatre Company'. She also appeared in pantomime directed by Bonnie Lythgoe for three years running at The Camberley Theatre. Since leaving college Laurie has worked continually in the performing arts industry. A few of her credits include 'Keep Running' with 'The Complete Works Theatre Company', The National Tour of 'Destination Earth' with 'Quantum Theatre for science, 'Lady Denham' at 'Fright Nights' with Thorpe Park, 'Puppeteer, Presenter and Entertainer' for Chessington World of Adventures. Laurie has also taught jazz, musical theatre and acting to 5 to 18 year olds at the Italia Conti Associate School in Wokingham.
